Dynamix Leisure ensure that the classes cater for all levels and are great fun. We also do not cram too many people in the class so our instructors can ensure you all get the attention required to enable you to get the most out of the spin session. We have 15 bikes available for this class which are best to be pre booked.

Getting involved with Rush Indoor Cycling can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout — burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Indoor Cycling classes are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Our Instructors will guide you through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.

You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose so you can be in control of your own workout so there is no pressure to be the next winner of the next Olympics. All you’ll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face & bike) and a water bottle.

All bikes have toe clips so you can wear normal training shoe.

Automated booking system

We have designed an app to allow all members to book classes without calling or visiting the gym.

You will be presented with the class timetable for the day and your booked classes.

Once logged in the classes will show how many places are left, you will be immediately booked into the class.

If you choose to cancel the class you must call Dynamix otherwise you will be charged for the missed booking.
