At Dynamix Leisure Ltd we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy notice explains how we use the personal information we collect about you when you use our service.

Reasons why we may collect and process your personal data.

For example, if you sign up on a contract and set up a direct debit.

In specific situations we require your data to pursue our legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running our business and which does not materially impact your rights, freedom or interests.

For example, to combine the activity of our members to identity trends e.g.: times of day people attend, age groups, postcodes ,gender and ensure we can keep up with demand or develop new product and services.


We obtain personal information when you, or we on your behalf, complete an online Membership Agreement or you pay for a causal pass;  a class, day, week, or month or use our sunbed.

The types of information we collect includes name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, biometric identification and your bank details. Please note that we do not store your bank details on our database.

The information you provide is necessary for us to complete the contract with us and /or enable you to use our facilities.


We will use your personal information to provide you with the services, products or information that you have requested and for administration purposes. We may need to share your information with our service providers for these purposes.

For example, for an online membership, our service providers are club manager, who provide our gym management system and debit finance who manage direct debits and collections on our behalf.


We use a secure server and password protected log in for each staff member on a need to know basis, with a time out function. We also take appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used.

For example, we have a ‘clear desk policy’and hard copies are locked away on a need to know basis.

We have a data contract with our third parties to ensure they are GDPR compliant.


As indicated above, we may pass your information to our service providers. We may also need to disclose your information if required to do so by any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third parties where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party.


Our third party, debit finance, may like to send you information about products and services of theirs which may be of interest to you, only If you agree (there is an opt in button on the online membership process) If we carry out this for you at the site, we will automatically opt you out.

You have right to stop them for contacting you for marketing purposes.

You’re free at any time to change your mind and remove your consent. Please note that some of the choices you make may impact our ability to maintain your contract / membership and your contract / membership may be suspended, cancelled or closed.


We will keep your information for as long as necessary for us to fulfil the purposes that we describe in your contract or for the duration of your membership. You need to request by email to be deleted from our system.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee). If you would like a copy of some or all for your personal information, please email or write to us.

We keep our privacy notice under regular review and we place any updates on our website a hard copy at reception. Our employees are trained in the latest data privacy practices, and we make sure they know of the General Data Protection Regulation
